“Age ain’t nothing but a number” is a slogan used by many. The question is – does it really hold true for everyone? Definitely not, in my own opinion. Some people, and a vast majority at that would do anything to conceal their age. I can hear many of you groaning that it is a woman thing. Surprisingly, men too do have ageing issues. It depends on how you choose to look at it. However, confounded with this day and age of social media: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, so many questions arise regarding one’s appearance.

So how do you handle would be tell tale signs? A classic example of wrinkles, grey or white hair? While most of us try to slow or reverse the ageing process by using all kinds of cosmetics, some folks embrace it.
Most people are horrified at the mere thought of growing older. Thanks to Filters, one can be able ti edit their photos and show the world that they still look young and fresh.

But one fitness fanatic from Poland is quite the opposite and different in a surprising way! He’s actually ENCOURAGING the ageing process. Pawel Ladziak has the physique of a body builder… probably because he is a bodybuilder.


But ever since his training and fitness based Instagram account has made him one of the most recognisable online stars around, thanks to his ripped body and coiffured white hair and beard. Think of him like the Terminator meets Santa Claus.

Ho-ho-hasta la vista!

Pawel has become a social media sensation, mostly because a lot of his followers are left baffled over his real age. Many mistakes the Warsaw bodybuilder for a guy in his 60s who REALLY looks after himself. That makes his physique all the more impressive, but he’s actually a 35-year-old… who, y’know… REALLY looks after himself.

Pawel spends a small fortune on dying his naturally dark hair and beards a bright shiny white when he discovered that he could keep most of the internet fooled as to his real years, and set himself apart from the rest of the fellers in his online “fit fam”. He’s worked hard on his looks, and not just in the gym!

His striking appearance has led Pawel to be given the online nickname the Polish Viking, and it’s not hard to see why! You have to admit, that’s one clever marketing ploy! It all began when Pawel’s first few greys started to show through.

Whereas most of us would have reached for the hair dye, the Polish Viking is not one to do things by halves, deciding to skip the gradual salt and pepper look for a full-on snowy white alternative. The obsession with his hair has even led to some online detectives questioning his how an old boy like him could get a young woman like his wife Magda.

I guess you should never judge a book by its cover… especially when its cover is designed to fool you! The couple took the internet by storm when they posed in Instagram photos together, and because of Pawel’s white hair, it would appear that there’s a significant age gap between them. Some folks even mistake Magda for Pawel’s daughter! Awkward!

Just like you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, you should definitely never judge a woman by her choice of hair-color! What freakin’ business is it of yours anyhow!

Anyway, while many men would go grey with worry at the thought of… erm, well, going grey… Pawel is rocking the look and his nearly 350k Instagram followers couldn’t agree more!
